ok so im trying to run the illusionary weaponry build but ive seen a few bars whit
illusion of weakness
Enchantment Spell. You lose 50...202...240 Health. Illusion of Weakness ends if damage drops your Health below 25% of your maximum. When Illusion of Weakness ends, you gain 50...202...240 Health.
why is this good if you loose health and get back the same amt ...and during battle lets say aginst a warrior you hit this skill most likely you might get killed maybe? or am i just not getting this

It's for precasting, and since you're in melee position, it's quite a hefty powerheal that happens at the right time.

Because after you cast it you can heal yourself to full health This will stay on you forever until removed by enchantment rip or you go below the health needed to trigger it

I went over the IW build and I'll have to expirement with it. I use a Me/A in AB. I'm at work so I don't have the exact build I run but I can take down W, Derv and Ells pretty easy 1-to-1. Even Rangers. Sins give me trouble sometimes but over all it's a solid build.
I think it goes:
Augury of Death (shadow arts)
Enchanter's Conundrum (Elite)
Shatter Delusions
Blackout
Drain Enchant
Conjure Phantasm or Nightmare
Ether Feast
Empathy
The first four skills are a spike. They bum healers right out becuase Blackout keeps them from self healing. Conjure/Blackout is a nice finisher as well.
When the timing is right this build is a joy to play especially on a kiter because of the shadow step - deep wound of Augury.
You can totally mix up the last four skills too; the first four are what you primarily cast over and over using Drain to recharge health and energy.
Just a back up idea.
