Kurzick Or Luxon?

Kurzicks are emo, luxons are brutal. nuf said.

Luxon.. Don't really like those dark woods kurzicks have, sunny Jade Sea is more like I like it. I think I'll try Kurz side sometime to get HFFF properly, but otherwise I stay at Luxon side.

Out in the sunshine, when I could lurk in a forest? I've yet to do the Luxon missions - I'm just always more drawn to Kurzick. But I've only taken sins and rangers through factions, so maybe that's why.

Kurzick, simply cause the armour looks better.

I've seen lots of pirate movies and luxons don't look like pirates to me...they would've been cool if they did but again they don't. They look more like oversized rag dolls.

In game terms it really makes no difference and Anet have made sure that it has no meaning, which to me is a lost opportunity.
The guild I am in is luxon because of friends but I don't do AB and if I do Aspenwood it's on the kurzick side and I have the kurzick Allegiance level.

What annoys me is that it is possible to have both the luxon and the kurzick title at the same time, (which from a PvE point of view makes you untrustworthy or a traitor), also you can be in a luxon guild and have kurzick armour and faction or vice versa. I can buy amber and skills with kurzick faction and be in a luxon guild, BUT I can not donate faction to the kurzicks with 5k increments to build my title nor can I do AB on the Kurzick side from my GH.
Now to me that is down right silly. Either a luxon or kurzick guild means something or it doesn't. Now it sorta does and sorta doesn't.
Since Anet didn't want a real rivalry why not allow a guild to be neutral and have players support either side. If loyalty within the game doesn;t mean anything anyway and since most of our guilds were made before we even knew about luxons and kurzicks I don't see why it's not possible...oh well, a missed opportunity, and an annoyance.

I'm in a Kurzick Guild but I consider myself to be neither Kurzick or Luxon.

I don't really care about the whole rivalry between the two. I just hate it when I'm trying to buy stuff from one and they won't sell because I have more points for the other :/

I chose Kurzick. Mainly because they're more peaceful than the luxons (ie. The Eternal Grove/Gyala Hatchery cinematics). That plus Echovald Forest is a nicer place to farm; plenty of nice shrubberies, and not as harsh on the eyes (brightness-wise).

Neither coz factions is lame. (alright my kurzick title is higher than my luxon)

Kurzick = faction is worth more, and way easier & faster to farm. Therefore Kurzick is the best choice and there is no reason whatsoever to choose Luxon.

However, when Factions first came out, Luxon was the best choice at that time because Luxon faction was easier to farm until the devs nerfed it due to people running it with near-empty skillbars and bragging about, thus causing Divine Intervention that would forever make Luxons the worse choice from that point on.

First I went Kurzick out of laziness. Now I collect Kurzick faction to exchange for amber for the armours (I really do like the Elite Kurzick sets).

Truth be told, I couldn't care less about the two factions. One has one type of armour set, the other has another. I like armour, so that is what swayed me.

P.S. My guild has no allegience, nor alliance. We don't really give a toss.

Kurzick, because I am German and the "the strongest is right"-attitude of the luxons is disgusting.
