2,is there anyway he can raise Anets Attention so they dont get rid of his money he got
3,Do they ban on large Money Transactions or Something?
Thank You For Your Time

Your "friend" can fill out a support ticket at guildwars.com.
But, it sounds unusual for there to be a ban after only 20 min. Maybe he sold to a known money seller? But why would a money seller be buying expensive items above market value? This whole thing smells funny.
But anyway, guildwars.com/support is the place to start.
EDIT: Good luck. There are lots of stories of accounts being banned and reinstated.

whenever you make large purchases or sale, always take a screenshot, to be safe.

If he's innocent then raise a support ticket, push on through the automated responses, and have a little patience.
He'll get his account back.
He'll get his account back.

If this is true, i think Anet is overreacting a bit to much. How much gold specifically was there during the transaction? I remember selling an item for 100k+20e and nothing happened.

They dont ban for large transactions like that unless your friend had some reason to believe that the gold was bought, but even then they wouldnt have been banned that quickly. I dont think youre friend is as innocent as you are trying to play it off, but if they are, send in a support ticket.

i think it was 100k and 40ectos or sumthing like that
and no harm sharkman dont start the ol flaming he sold a bow and got band after it so its the only viable option and he didnt buy gold if he did i wouldnt waste my time asking

I buy gold legally.
Exsample:
Whenever I sell an Item to the merchant. I get gold back.
To be a smart ass. Just "claiming" you buy gold isnt enough to ban, They have to have proof of it through data gathered.

Guildie of mine got banned for selling a couple of ecto's yesterday, from what she told me a less then 50K transaction.
I also told her to file support ticket, it's the only thing someone can do.
I doubt she consiously bought ingame gold, it's not like she needs it.
Also, while support tickets are the only way to solve this I do hope A-net will pay some attention to this.
If someone can get banned for a seemingly legit transaction it could screw the market even more then it already is today.

Unless Anet introduced some AI-auto-banning-code I find it extremely hard to believe anyone got banned for a simple transactions, regardless of the amount.
I have made many purchases of 100k+ and never had any problems and I have never been banned.
