Good team: average time 3:30-4:00 (due to fakes). Puts you on a match bout every 5:00 - 12/hr, or 120 points/hr. If you can keep the average closer to 3:30 through flawlessly aggressive running, you could pull 13-14 per hour.
Beetle is consistently 100/hr, I find. This assumes that you can win virtually every match. It may be possible to do a bit better than this, as I give away a couple matches per hour in aggressively pursuing top overall times. I utterly kill my long-term momentum to get to the water boxes a couple seconds faster, and occasionally this comes back to haunt me. You'd have to ask Yuris Sayuri, as I suspect that he's able to save a speed buff by not charging to the front out of the gates. I find that other beetles = lag = bad, so I have to get clear of them at the start to post a time.
Top Dragon Arena: 1005/13 hours = 78 points/hour. So this group was about 60-65% as efficient as a top snowball arenas group.
