Faction question

Is there a way to see running total for factions? I know under "Hero" you see the factions you've earned but that caps at 10,000.

Just hover your cursor over your faction box on the Hero screen. It'll show you "you have spent 65,000 of 75,000 total earned faction" or something to that effect.

hey, i have a question about faction too

when i first hit 8000 faction, green writing came up on screen saying congratulations and you should see the priest of balthazar for a reward. I went to the priest and the normal box appeared. How do i get my reward? (if there is one)

I think it just means you have reached a "round" number to redeem your faction. All the skills, items, runes, etc, cost 1k, 1.5k, 2k, 3k - so when you hit 8k, you can purchase several things at once. As many times as I've visited Mr. Priest, he has never given me a "reward."

Unless you count the icy dragon sword and superior vigor for my PvE characters... j/k.

If i recall correctly that messages is just to inform the new players that might not have read or heard about the faction, to go spend it.
