PlayNC password won't change?

Has anyone had this problem? I did the proper procedure to change my PlayNC password. Not the Guild Wars one, but PlayNC. It will still only log in with the old password. I had the password reset by email, same thing. Will only use the old password. Does it take a while for the new password to take effect?
