I don't really know why I'm doing this but I'm trying to make my Vekk, which is an E/Mo into a primary healer. Are there any healing skills that could be benefited from Vekk's energy storate attribute? Any help/suggestions on a build would be greatly appreciated.

a monk! but for real an ele's large energy pool is only good for supportive roles. like [aegis] or [extinguish]

E/Mo healers do not work/are bad. If you really need extra healing, swap him to E/Rt and bring an 8/9 spec [Protective Was Kaolai]. Running an Ele as a pure ele is just bad.

It might seem like a great idea to turn an Ele into a healer because they have that 90+ energy pool to use. But it ultimately is less productive than having an actual Monk with say a 60 energy pool to use.
Why? Well Monks gain healing bonuses from their rank in divine favor which Ele's dont have available to them. So all you'll get from an E/Mo healer is the ability to cast multiple skills without burning up too much energy but providing low amounts of healing to the party.
Your better of letting Monk heroes heal and Ele heroes nuke the hell out of stuff and save yourself time and gold wasted.

E/Mo Protection = a little better, but you still need E-management.
Divine Favor of the monk is just too useful. Boosts heals up, gives prots some healing as well, and has some nice, useful spells as well.
If your monks are running out of energy, try making them Mo/E and give them GoLE, or /Me and give them Power Drain, or use cheeper skills and some of the healing signets. [Signet of Rejuvenation] is a good sized heal with a fairly good recharge, [cure hex] offers a large heal with hex removal, and is cheep, and these can supplement spells like [woh], [patient spirit], [Dwayna's Kiss], and [Orison of healing].
Now, an E/Mo can easily drag along Aegis or Extinguish
