Abnormal = manipulation? Have they ever asked another guild to resign out? Have they tried to enter-sync with another guild they own for champ point farming? Do they only intentionally lose to certain guilds in ladder play, but not certain others?
It's pretty clear that Best is doing some unusual stuff, but I honestly don't know where it fits as compared to past instances of what ANet has called ladder manipulation. Perhaps they are just like OG and want to maintain a certain rating for faster matches? Maybe they like to see how much they can tank on the ladder and then how fast they can make it up in ATs as part of an intellectual exercise. Maybe they like to have a low rating so they can strike fear into opponents during ATs and get a psychological advantage. Maybe it's all of the above. If you really don't like it though, don't whine here but go report them to AreanNet and then come back and post your response here when you get something interesting. If you really want to just troll with this kind of stuff, go post over at QQ where I am sure you'll get more interesting responses.
