On the begining of the night fall campiagn are ther any low lvl farming spots with good money and xp?

Not in Normal Mode. In Hard Mode, The First City is a good option. Of course, you need to complete Nightfall on one character on your account to unlock HM.
Quest until you reach level 10, head to EotN, do Kilroy Stonekin's Punchout Quest for an hour or two, return at level 20 and farm away.
