Anyone know where i can get a "Necromancer Elite Luxon Armor"?

You can only get it in the Factions Campaign.

You can only get it at the Leviathan Pits in factions after the Gyala Hatchery mission

anet was lazy and nearly all teh armours from eotn r jus reskinned old armours

asuran armour = reskinned luxon armour

^Yeah, the Asuran armor is your best bet since it's a reskin and you already have EotN.
