You can try PvX-Wiki, they generally have some good builds and/or guides that you can familiarize yourself with.

[build prof=D/Mo name="AoMel" box scythe=12+1+1 myst=12+1 desc="Weapon 1: Vamp scythe{br}Weapon 2: Zealous scythe"][wearying strike][eremite's attack][no skill][aura of holy might (luxon)][eternal aura][avatar of melandru][heart of fury][resurrection signet][/build]

The empty skills are for an attack skill of your choice. I'd go [[protector's strike]/[[wild blow] respectively, but that's not an option for /Mo.

If you REALLY want to get benefits from /Mo secondary, your only options are Draw Conditions while Melandru and (something people might not like) Reversal of Fortune on Dwayna builds. I boost RoF to 6 or 8, don't remember attribute setup, and use it as a quick, spammable, hex-removal and small damage preventer. I just use it while I need a hex to be removed and at the certain moment I have my attack skills/stances disabled.

Shield of Absorption FTW!
now seriously, Dervish doesnt really need 2ndary profession so I guess the best thing u can do with /mo is hard res!

Reversal of Fortune, and its cousin Reversal of Damage, can be very useful for a dervish if you're running an enchantment oriented build. RoF has pretty much the fastest total recast time in the game (counting casting time plus recharge) and RoD is just one second slower. A build that's using high Mysticism and/or Pious Renewal can basically recast either of these enchantments as fast as they recharge, and even gain energy while doing it.

The combination may not be enough to cover all your healing needs, but it certainly helps take the edge off!

Actually, RoF could be especially interesting on a Dwayna dervish (double-heal and hex strip from one skill). There's really only so much healing you NEED from AoD anyway, though, so it might not be the best choice.
