Thinking of getting a spider and i'm wondering which quests do the usual spider run farmers use?

Is it unwelcomed, and maybe the reaper of the ice wastes, and the bone pits?

Is it possible to do this run with a 55 Mo/Me and a Famine ranger?

When I did Spider Runs(Havnt Done in a while) We did the quest from the reaper of the forgotten vale.Also,I've managed to 600/smite a Spider from the reaper of the ice wastes.You should be able to 55/famine a spider though.
