I'm with the others, a little clarification would be nice...

Do you mean a pre-paid visa to use on the store? Or a PlayNC card? "my" gift cards is a little vague...

the problem is 2 gift cards for amazon.com, which I have won in February (16th position) and March (12th position) Hero Battles Monthly Automated Tournaments. So far nobody from ArenaNet replied on my e-mails that I have sent to [email protected] and their Support. Therefore I am wondering if anyone has similar experience and how did he solve it ? I don't mind the prize but I am mainly mad about the principle and how arenanet ignores it.
