Weird mods are weird. That's all really.

It's just a non max version of the Armour +5 health -20 modifier. Nothing exciting.

Armor +x, Health -20 isn't common, but it's nothing special.

The -20 health mods are quite effective for 55 farmers to use when they have DP. It allows them to switch the -50 Grim Cesta with a -20 item to continue with 13 health at 15% DP. This means they only take 1 damage per hit until the DP is gone. Even if the DP disappears fast, they would end up with 85 health and take 8 damage per hit. Harder to deal with, but easier than 105 health and taking 10 damage per hit.
