im new, and it wont let me create a new player

HEY!...i got bored of W.o.W and bought this game =) but it wont let me create a player..the create button does not work..am i the only person with this problem?? help!

there is a minimum and a maximum number of characters you can put in the name. also, if you try to use a name that already exists, it wont let you. hope this helps, GW is a great game!!

2) Select an empty box by double clicking and/or find the button in the bottom right corner.
3) Wait 10 seconds.
If that doesn't work, I don't know what else to tell you.

oh, I just noticed you list "mahj" as your character name, that is prolly why it wont work, not enough letters.

Your name also needs to have two parts. One word names don't exist in GW (for example, Kartok the Swift, Human Fireball, etc). That's really odd though that it won't let you make a character. Care to post a screen shot? It's print screen and the screen shots are saved in the GW directory

If you followed all the correct things (2+ names, no forbidden words, enough characters, etc) and still cant do it, try reinstalling gw, and if you still cant contact ANET support.
