I'm assuming you mean 20% HSR/HCT inspiration? In that case, perfect salvage the Forget Me Not (it's worth much more than the offhand itself). You can salvage the aptitude core, but it's not worth that much and can be hard to sell. Mirror itself ~5k imo.
