r11 Plagueborn Sword

What would a max r11 Plagueborn sword with an inherant +5e sell for?

Seeing as it is +5e, it has the capability of being modable as a caster weapon with the enchanting pommel.

30k or around there imo.... would not add the 20% enchantment, sometimes 30hp is preferred, just sell as is
