Don't think something is nerfed because you don't get drops. Maybe you're just overfarmed? Go do some quests or whatever and try again later.

after seeing Yodas luck, I went down again with my VwK warrior, and got 3 ectos from smites 
- I ran to the mindblades, and they were totally dry, while, for my ele, they always drop at least 3 ecto :S

Okay after doing +100 Uw 55/SS Runs after my last post I conclude that I am terribly unlucky.

I do one or two runs a day or so (thats about an hour for me O_o), and I usually get at least two a run

Its just randon, after 2 ectoless runs i got 6 ectos on one smite run being teh first 4 drops coming in pairs form the first 2 groups, crazy right?

Kinda off topic, but does anyone else seem to get most of their ectos from the same mob of smites (i.e you get one ecto from a particular smite mob, then in your next run you get one from the same mob) i dont know about you, but most of my ectos come from the first mob of smites which makes me think *yay i broke even* without having to worry about getting ectos from another mob or the infamous dry run
