Balanced is usually 2 monks + 2 wars + a runner + 3 midline (mes/ele/rang/para (or two paras))
monks are usually a WoH, infuse, hybrid prot, and a Restore Condition or Shield of Deflection with other prots
wars are (almost always) one axe and one hammer or one sword and one hammer (cripslash/gash for sword, evisc spike for axe, and knockdown spam for hammer)
sometimes people run A/D critscythe + a smiter (with Strength of Honor, etc.) This has more dmg but is much more squishy, and I wouldn't recommend it.
mes is usually esurge + general dom bar
ele is usually b-surge
para is motivation party support
ranger is cripshot or burning arrow (for ganking)
runner is usually a Rt/A with Channel + Resto (with dash and dark escape)
