Account Creation Error

Hello, i just bought a Guildwars Serial Key on play NC, when i try to create my GW account it keeps comes up with this error "A general error has occurred."
Anyone know if im doing anything wrong or something? please reply fast, i wanna try the game out :P

Need more information. At what stage are you getting this message? Is it on the PlayNC site, or have you downloaded the client, installed it and started it up?

Is it during character creation? Or are you not at that stage?

If as before, what version of Windows are you using, which browser, and what are your system specifications?
