PC - Eternal Shield Q9 Str

GOLD Eternal Shield
Armor: 16 (req 9 str)
recieved physical dmg -2 (while in stance)

no other mod on it but i have a +30 hp mod in the bank

if some1 could tell me what its worth with or without the +30hp

Is the -2/stance mod an inscription? If it doesn't say "Inscription: Run for your life" then it's not inscribable and you can't add the +30 to it. If it's not inscribable, a few k max, but I'd just merch it.
