So, you sended them a ticket? It does take time to look over the sended tickets. If you sended it on a Friday, they may not have got to it over the weekend. Just be patient.

My account also got blocked last week. I have submitted a ticket, and after exchanging E-mails 4-5 times, the issue still hasn't been resolved. I do not know why it was blocked, I am just waiting for them to send me back some info on what happened and hopefully some answers. When I find something out, I will update you.

I just got an E-Mail saying my block has been lifted. They say it was something that I or someone else on my computer did, which probibly means I got hacked, and they got me banned I'm gonna go log in and see what has happened.

Hello,

We have removed the permanent block from your Guild Wars game account. You should be able to log into your account immediately.

Because the reason for the account block most likely was the result of you (or someone else who uses your computer) accidentally installing a keylogger onto your computer, we would like you to follow these suggestions to help improve your account security:

1) Obtain anti-virus software, make sure it is updated with the latest files, and scan your system for viruses and key-loggers.

2) Change all the passwords for accounts your may have accessed after installing the third party software, such as your Guild Wars game account, PlayNC master account, e-mail address account, fansite forums accounts, etc.

3) Never download these sorts of programs in the future! Even if you are confident that you can trust the third-party, please use extreme caution. Virus and keylogger creators rely on your trusting nature to help them steal your account(s) from you.

4) We highly suggest you take a look at this Security FAQ, which includes more information to help you keep your Guild Wars account secure:
http://support.guildwars.com/cgi-bin...p?p_faqid=3057

For future reference, here is some information describing how to protect your account and keep it from being hacked (i.e. username/password stolen):

1) Do not give out your e-mail address. Always use unique passwords; do not use the same password for your e-mail account, Guild Wars game account, fansite forum account, etc.

2) Do not install third-party software (i.e. software not created by NCsoft or ArenaNet). Programs that claim to be item modifiers, cheat programs, or even harmless looking programs such as attribute/skill calculators or dye calculators could actually contain a harmful virus or key-logger that will steal your account information.

3) Do not give your username or password to anyone, including family, friends, or guildmates. Even though you may think you can trust them, there are cases that friends take items, delete characters, etc. without your permission.

Please contact us again if you need any additional assistance.

We can't do anything about it here, just be patient and wait for support.
