PC on a canthan dragon staff

The skin is Dragon Staff not to be confused with Dragonspire Staff from EoTN. (I'm not sure if this skin is still rare)
it is gold (max dmg if that matters), the req is either 11 or 12 death magic [NON INSCRIBEABLE]
I have the following mods on it

20% HCT on Protection prayers (inheirent attribute)
20% HSR (inheirent for all staves)

+5e staff head
20% enchant staff wrap

Now, I know its a weird one with the req not compatible with its inheirent staff, but I don't think doing the dmg is that important, the base stats make it a pretty decent prot one.

Also if anyone could help PC this too:
Purple rq9str Eternal Shield (Inscribeable)
+30HP/-5(20%)

Staff while the dmg does not make a huge difference, it still makes it drop in value greatly. Might get 15-20k, doubt any more, most likely less.

Agree with Stuey, especially the "less" part. As for the shield, I'd salvage the mods and then sell for 25-50k.
