Max req 7 inscribables don't exist. If you're looking for this sword, you won't find it. If you have one, post a screen shot and/or show a mod in game, since it's the first one to drop.
EDIT: Like kobey, I have had a change of heart. If you have this sword in your possession, please prove it to a mod in game. If you don't have one, it doesn't exist. I'm going to close this now to head off the spam that will undoubtedly fill this thread if it's left open. If you can show proof of the sword's existence, I'll gladly reopen it for you.
If by some crazy chance the game hiccuped and one does exist, it's one-of-a-kind at the moment, and it's a rare skin, so it's basically priceless. It's worth however many pandas someone is willing to give up for it.
