Motivation is around 45k
Command is 100K ++
The spear even without salvaging could be 10K. Its a Caster Modded Spear.
However the skin might make it difficult to sell.
If you spent 1.2K on materials for a perfect salvage kit (or willing to take the risk of breaking the spear) salavage all mods from the spear and sell them individually for around 8K in total.
