Dragons Throat Score/Bosses question

Hi, I've been doing Dragons thorat over the last few days and just hit a new high (for me at least) of 232. But..... I see the quarterly best is 605 O_O, so I have to ask, do the bosses/timer respawn/reset after a cetain point score? I did see the point bar reach almost max on that 232 run. If not, how on earth are people getting such high scores, as I cant seem to find a way to improve on the ~230 mark.

use 2-3 paras with shouts(imbagons) and rest pure damage with 1 healer and u should be fine

whats your profession
what are your heros
what are they running
your hench
if your running with a teammates what are they running
are you using vent/ts...ect ect

are you using vent/ts...ect ect Okay, I'm running Imabgon. Koss in earthshaker/splinter weapon hammer. olias as MM bomber, MoW as SS nec. I'm using the 2 monk hench, Professor Gai, and Kai Ying.
