Req 9 inscribable Tetsubo hammer with a twist..

Hey i got a req9 insc tetsubo hammer, its got junk mods on it but its damage is 18-35 as a aposed to the the 19-35 max,

Does that take the value down or does it stay the same?

/agree nobody wants a non-max damage weapon. If you did sell this to someone, when they figured out it was non max they'd be screaming that you cheated them. Sorry, merch it.

i would agree that if u showed this to someone they would asume u were trying to scam them...sorta.. merch imo
