PC on Barbed Zodiac Axe of Enchanting

Here is an axe I bought from somebody a while back and then modded it it to make it appropriate for a caster. Can someone please give me a PC so I can see whether or not I get a good deal out of it?

Lengthens Bleeded duration (33%)

+5 energy
Enchantments last 20% longer

i cant sell mine uninsc same stats for 10k......imo 10-20k,but i havent seen much interest in them
