Can I do non taken quests after finishing?

My first time through Nightfall, and the first time on any character I don't do all quests (there are so many in NF). So I was wondering, after I complete the campaign, will I be able to come back and do the quests I didn't even took, like those in the Garden of Seborhin (not the Nightfallen one)?

Yes you can. I have quests still sitting in my Quest Log for months and months after I accepted them.

Edit: and you can still accept quests that you haven't taken after beating the campaign.

And you can do the ones you didn't pick to gain the skipped heroes after completing the campaign.
