Im not sure where to ask this question...
Does anybody know if GuildWars 2 will have procedural animation on characters (and the main goal of it - legs interaction with landscape)?

2 screenshots of how it looks:

Hardly any information about GW2 has been released - why would we know?

Also, if they'd release info, I don't think anyone would really care about that.

Oh, and it probably won't be, assuming they're using no Z-Axis like GW1.

Being the game that it is, I seriously doubt it. If I understand Anet's goals with computer power requirements, they're trying to make it not too far off from GW1.

When I stand sideways on hills, I always keep my downhill foot just slightly off the ground. When I saw this in GW1, I realized that ANet HAD thought of everything.

Seing as the ability to jump will be incorporated into gw2 we already know there will be a Z-Axis.

This idea, like the ragdoll requires too high a spec machine for this kind of game. Wander what the next question will be...

"Will gw2 have RED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GOs?" maybe?
