PC on r9 gothic defender

req 9 strength gothic defender
not inscripable but with "2 mods instead of 1" (yeh it actually got a different name, but I forgot it )

reduces crippling by 20%
damage when enchanted -2

Just wondering if it is worth anything

imo 10-20k,not much use of it exept for pvp
