Can't buy game via playNC

I get this whenever I try to purchase it. I've tried all day long and I know it says to wait until tomorrow, but could it be a problem with my credit card or do you think it's just their site?

I'm using a different billing address than the address on the playNC acct because I'm buying it for a friend, if that matters.

Read what it says, they can't process their order and it says to be patient...

you can buy it elsewhere online for less, so if you don't want to wait and you like saving money.... google it

Yes, but I just want a CD key-- don't want to wait for delivery. It's been a full day now and their store still isn't working at playNC.

The store didnt take my mastercard... had the same problem D: I went to gamestop after that

its funny, but i think there is a policy on accounts based, i have two accounts linked to my only play nc account and on my oldest one 36 months old i can purchase with no problem, six months ago i bought my girl an account and linked it to my play nc account, but im not able to buy anything on the online store for her lol, with the same card that i use on my account, i dont know why but i bought her packed games lol
