E-mail address deleted

A while ago i bought a secondary account and registrated it on an old email address of myn.

Now i wanted to subscribe myself to the xunlai tournament house but i can't login to this email account anymore because it has been deleted by the host (forgot to pay the bills to extend it ).

I also tried to "Change Email" option in GW but you have to confirmate by clicking on the link in the sended email that went to both accounts.

Is there a possible way to change this email address so i can participate in this tournament?

I'd say your best and only hope would be to submit a ticket to GW support and ask them about this situation. You will likely need all copies of the key's associated with that account to prove it's your account though..

you dont need to use the same e-mail for the xunlai tournament house my old e-mail i log in hasnt been used in 2 years. i just used the current e-mail i used all you need to do is use your characters name and regester that character in game with talkano at your guild hall.

Your "account name" email address does not need to be valid once the account has been created. You can change your "contact" email address to a current one. As long as you can receive the validation message, you are all set.

Xunlai does not want your "account name" email address. Use a different one.

Not to be mean.. but read it... If the account is closed.. when the email gets sent back it will confirm it.. and if there is no response from the 2nd email it will still change.. D/

My mistake was i filled in twice the same email address that didnt exist anymore. When trying to registrate myself again with the same loginname and new email address, the system told me the account was registrated already but hasnt been activated yet.

I have send an email via my NCsoft account and they deleted my registration. I just registrated myself again with a new email address and i can enter the Tournament
