LF Kurzick Farming Guild that owns a town

My friends and I are looking for a Kurzick Farming/HM/Elite PVE guild/Alliance that currently own a town.

We are (3 of us) title seekers with a Gwamm and 2 r3 (almost r4) KoBd's who are interested in learning how to do HFFF to maximize that title.

Guild must be: adult friendly
use vent
be organized
have strong (but not egotistical) leadership
love to farm/hm/elite areas

We are not interested in being a number for a "mega-guild" and will take an active interest in helping the guild grow and excell.

All 3 of us are experienced accomplished players who have been officers/guild leaders before and want to bring our talent to your guild.
