Hey there, I found this nifty little offhand and was wondering if anyone had an idea of its value.

halves casting and recharge for what???? that info is quite important ;P


If both mods match, and are 20% casting and recharge for one thing it will be best - but with soul reaping being the lowest as the skills are not overly used in that area.

If it is 20/20 in death, curses or blood I could see it going 100k+, soul reaping maybe 50-60k+.
