If the DEVs are really planning to go through with the idea of splitting PvE and PvP skills, there has to be an option for GHs as well. Now, Guildhalls are technically PvE areas.
Guild readying themselves for GvG will have a problem: they cannot equip skills in the guildhalls and see their PvP effect. They would have to go to Temple of Balthazar, which would be very annoying if you had to do that before the start of every GvG.
But on the other side, if they should change GHs to be PvP areas, PvE guilds would have the same problem.
Sp there should be an option for the guild leader to define the GH as PvP or PvE area. I do not know if this can be programmed (like an extra option in the guild window for the leader). If not, then there have to be different versions of the GHs you can buy (for example, Warriors Isle PvE and Warriors Isle PvP). One way or another, this has to be solved

PvP areas are those in which PvE skills appear Locked.
But there are some areas that are PvX, like the Guild Hall, the Great Temple of Balthazar, the Competitive Missions, and you can access both PvE and PvP areas from there.
For those areas there should be a way to toggle if you want to see or equip PvE or PvP versions.

I brought up this issue in the main thread yesterday, but it got buried by 12 more pages of irrelevant flaming and random suggestions by Mewcatus that had nothing to do with the topic at hand.
Anyway, yes Guild Halls are used to ferry guild/alliance formed parties to elite areas/dungeon runs, and to run GvGs. So this is a problem with the current proposed interface suggested by a.net. Now, a PvE party can always rearrange their skills when they get to town, so if a.net HAS to pick one over the other, they should pick PvP skill descriptions to show up (since PvP GvGs would have no other options).
