PC on a crystal flame staff

I searched the forum, but didn't find one with these stats.

Gold, insc, max dmg, req 11 (divine favour), does fire damage.
Has a base half spell recharge (chance 20%) and +10 energy.
I'll add a pic if you can judge it better that way.
