Wierd guildwars problem(not sure if its lagg)
mystical nessAL
Ok seriusly, this is so wierd. I have been playing for about ~2 years GW. I played GW for around 1 year without any problems, then one day I just happend to have extremely high ping EVERYWHERE whenever I go, around 70k~ allowing me to do NOTHING, if I try to travel, I just get disconnected.
I made ticket, they asked me to do lots of tests but I gave up and quited GW for a while. After few months I try to play GW, and it was all fine. But again, after few months(5~) without any troubles it appear to have the SAME problem again.
It then disapeared after 2 weeks, where I did tickes but once a gain they asked for tests, so many.
Now, again after few months, it seems to be worse. When I open GW client, it doesnt show the announcements, and when I try to login it says code 058(routing problem) and only SOMETIMES I manage to log in, but it then kicks me off with connection lost after few mins / if I travel.
EVERYTHING works just fine! Every online games works fine here, isp is fine, routher is fine, everything is fine but GW...
Now I'm pretty disperate, If I will post a ticket at playNC support, they will ask me to do loads of tests. I know without these tests they cant varefiy my problem. Anyone ever experienced something like that? Or knows what to do?
Please, any help is appreciated!

Just do the tests and hope they can sort it for you.

Have you tried "netsh winsock reset" in cmd?
Click start > Run > type CMD > "netsh winsock reset" in new window > wait a few seconds > once it's finished, close the window > start the game

Miskav: Ofcourse I did, I made LOADS of them, but usually, my problem is been solved before they manage to see whats going on...lol but it keeps coming back, and sometimes I just cant be bothered doing so many tests!
SirSausage:I did, but I'll try again.

I did a fresh reinstall, everything worked fine half the day, but it then appeared again. What the heck? :/

If you really followed PlayNCs instructions and with no luck, then I'd suggest contacting your ISP. Maybe their system is blocking the GW ports, so you need to ask them about it.
These are the ports for GW: 80 and 6112 (TCP)
BTW Do you connect via Router?

It sounds like a call to your ISP. Our your router is fragged.

Probably not, though - I would go with a crappy ISP or a dud node somewhere on the route from him to ANet.

It's not routher, I've replaced my old one. ISP says everything is just fine! :'(

Could it be that your Router/Software Firewall is blocking a part of GW... Which softwear firewall are you using?
Have you tried www.portforward.com yet incase it is the Router which is blocking?
Are you connected to the internet on a hardwired network, or is it a Wireless network?
Does your AV softwear kick in automatically at specific times (maybe the same time you are playing GW)?
Do you have high ping on any other onlinegames you play, or do internet pages load slow?
Cant think of any more usefull questions, but those are the obvious first ones to check up on which also have the easiest solutions.

Right click the shortcut you use to access Guild Wars. Once there, in the TARGET window, after the last quote mark (") at the end of the current target, put a space and then type this: -diag
Press apply and ok. Open it. See what happens.
EDIT: Please save the text document that it produces as a .txt file. Upload it via attachments here on Guru. It will show up in your post. Use "Go Advanced" button and then "Manage attachments" to do so. Please post the results, and I will review them.
As an example, I have uploaded mine below. Mine won't serve much purpose though, but yours may have some answers in it. You are going to have to put it into a ZIP file though, in order to upload it.

If all else fails you can try a trick. Since you havent really said if your on a desktop or labtop.
Copy your GW folder to your desktop. Delete the old GW folder. Then move the copied folder back to the location the original was in.

That's one way to defrag the .dat, I suppose (assuming there's enough HDD space for a 3.7GB contiguous file).
Can't honestly see it solving a network issue, tbh
