I believe weapons that are put on a monument are customised to the person who put them there.

So, your Para may make them, but they might become customised to your Warrior. That is, if you want your Para to use them >.>

Yes, you can craft Destroyer Weapons on one character and have them in the HoM of another. However, it will be customized on the character whose HoM you put it in--meaning no other characters will be able to use it.

Slaver's Exile can be entered by meeting the pre-requisite of beating EotN. The entrance to it is in the southeastern corner of Verdant Cascades. It is advised to leave from Umbral Grotto.

As with most materials, a fair price is the halfway point of the merchant buy/sell prices...anything less is to your favor when buying.
