Ping Issues (Ever since Update)

I've been having some severe ping issues ever since last update. (10Th May)

I used to average around 100-150 ms, however now I'm always around 500-600 ms...

I'm Euro playing on Euro Disctrics. I've tried looking into WHAT could possibly how caused this (outside of GW). I've played other games, and my ping on most of them (American servers-shooters) is even BETTER then it normally is. (80-100 ms)

So in overal, my ping has improved (for most other games I've gained 50 ms), but for GW, I've lost 400 ms.
I've tried looking into my Bandwith Allocation, and I've made sure GW is highest priority.

The ONE thing that might cause this (as far as I know, outside of GW servers) is the current heatwave that has been going around in Europe.
My fan is too weak to support my Graphics card when play image heavy games (such as GW) so it overheats, ending up in some computer lagg. (Where the intire computer freeze for a few seconds every now and then)

This however wouldn't explain why I can still chat on MSN, listen music, download stuff, post on forums, run Photoshop at the same time WITHOUT any issues.

So, anyone got any clue what might have caused this? Does anyone else playing on Euro servers have been having issues?

Im having the EXACT same problems, i just thgouht my computer finally had it.

Try playing in AB, it is unplayable for me.

i would like it if somehow we could get it cleaned up

I have it since the weekend before, being the 3th birthday update.

Yeah I am having the opposite, 2 weeks ago (for a good 2 week timeframe) my lag was crazy, I was lagging out of matches and not able to re-connect etc. But then magically after the Fri. update?? I am back in business and no lagging. They fixed something for me though

EDIT: I play on American servers during 8PM EST + timeframe if that is helpful

i'm havin the problem lately too. Usually I'm between 300-500 (Australia...it sucks having no servers) but I've jumped to 1-1.4k now...

Quite some guildies have complained of the same issues, and I've been suffering D/c's =/

Same for me. My ping is going between 60ms and 900ms. Not good. Im in the UK

Ive had this since the first week of April. Tried defragging the .dat, tried reinstalling, tried turning graphics all the way down - still lags, with spikes from 2,000ms anywhere up to 13,000+. Really wish they would do something about it.

Same thing here, cant move for about a minute sometimes, then the game continues. This has nothing to to with my own ISP, other people experiencing the same.

Yes - After the Annyversery Event - My lagg in most GvG's has turned waaay upp, also in regular play.. Dont know why always been nice at 50ping (Norway 1gmt), now its around 120-350 mostly in pvp arenas o.O Never been before..

Getting the same thing, ever since the update. Game Freezes, then disconnects. It sometimes knocks out my whole internet connection, booting me off vent. If i unplug my router and plug it back in, i can usually reconnect without loosing the map im on.
I just had a 13,000 ping, where i usually run at a 100ms ping and 60-80fps.

This is something wrong on their side, because everyone i talk to in game is having the same problems.

I just got a ping of 48K do I win a prize ?
