there's just 2 places to cap it from, Rhea's Crater and Mourning Veil Falls...
I think Bazzr is the easier of the 2...
or just use an Elite Rit Tome...

Havent tried Mourning Veil Falls, but it can't get much easier than it is at Rhea's, only few packs of mobs before the boss.

MVF is the easier cap. Play your cards right and the boss is in the first mob you encounter.
