i have no pm's here, and the email says from .net, not .com

any ideas guys...

It has been .net for more than 1 month now.
Just check your pm's.. I'm sure there is one.

It's changed to .net if I'm correct, so there's nothing to fear o.o

my address bar still reads .com, and 0 messages...

i have tried on .com and .net

Never click on dubious links in emails. Just log on like you normally would and check to see if the info is correct.

And, my address bar still has .com

Definitely dodgy. I can't find a FelicityFloozy in the members list.

Emails from GWG are send from [email protected] though, not .com.

The site/forum is .com, but her email isn't.

just loaded up the account from that address... it's a trial account i forgot i had... so nothing to lose there

it has 3 toons from when factions came out, i wonder if it's worth adding a factions key to get the mini pets...

You probably actually did receive a PM. But this was a spam user who created 4 different accounts and I deleted their PM boxes and everything they had sent. Banned all 4 accounts.

And you can't find the name of a forum user who has not made a post. Just one of those VB things.

Also, [email protected] is the Contact Us for the forums so it is legit. Main email address for me though is [email protected]

Hi, don't know if you've banned this person yet but just received a nefarious pm from a member called GWJane. It had a link within it to something called plentymail . net

Hopefully you've already dealt with them

K, I've fixed the problem. Apparently unconfirmed users could still send PM's. No longer the case. At least it will slow them down. Latest slew of accounts banned as well.
