Would this item sell better with more sought after mods (hp +30, physical dmg -5 20%)? Or does it matter what mods are on it?
P.S. I see a lot of pc's that state, "salvage mods then sell for $$k." Why do a lot of pc-guru's recommend salvaging the mods first? Don't good mods increase the sale value?
