Was thinking of trying this build out for PvE:
[Primal Rage]
[Dwarven Stability]
[Protector's Strike]
[Eremite's Attack]
[Mystic Sweep]
[Aura of Holy Might]
[Drunken Master] edit: whoops, forgot this was a stance! scratch this skill
[Resurrection Signet] or [Optional]
The idea being that you use Dwarven Stability to increase Primal Rage to 20 seconds in stance. The first 10 seconds you can't use skills, but the next 10 seconds you can. During those second 10 seconds, you'll have Aura of Holy Might up for practically +50% damage, the benefits from Primal Rage (+50% crit and +20% armor penetration), and since you are using Strength and activation-time based attack skills with your mini-IAS -- you'll have an additional 12+% armor penetration most of the time.
This might rival the assassin crit scythe build in terms of damage, although you give up a bit of survivability without any dodge or +armor skills.
Thoughts?
Has anyone tried this? W/D scythe

Assassin is still better. You have an IAS, you have better energy management (where is that in your build?), and you aren't worthless 50% of the time. Sure, when your skills aren't disabled, you will have higher damage. But only slightly, since you have no IAS. And even so, that doesn't make up for the low damage otherwise.
whoops. my bad about drunken master, i thought i read it was a skill not a stance!
the build works without it though.
in terms of energy management, a zealous scythe should take care of that assuming you strike more than one target. although i agree you would be strapped if you only use 20 energy! at 30 energy it wouldn't be a problem to maintain.
