For my style of play this works best for me.

Pretty much guess you could say my secondary is EotN.

There are enough posts about good hero monk bars that almost anyone with a brain should be able to find a good monk bar to run, wether it be a player or a hero.

Problem is 2 things. 1) people are stupid and lazy. 2) people are lazy and stupid.
Take your pick.

In PvE I generally use Vigorous Spirit. On PvP I have a warrior/necromancer that uses barbs as he is mainly offensive in AB.

/Mo for Vigerous Spirit, Live Vicariously and Balthazar Spirit, and I'll throw in whirlwind attack and doylak signet and sprint so I can rush ahead, take all the aggro and survive until my healer monk with healing hands gets to me, by witch time they'd all be dead anyway.

My warrior builds in pve = kills stuff, I don't really use anything from my secondary. Typically, I rely on monk hench for healing, but I carry [protective spirit] on one of my heroes to prot myself.

PvE: None, unless I really have to bring some kind of hard res, in which case it's Death pact signet.

PvP: Shock or any of the conjures.
