CApping elites in EOTN
Shooshu
Hello,
Once my friend told me that if i cap skills in EOTN then they will not count torward the elite skill capture title, therfore not getting this title.
I would like to know if this is true...
Thanx in advance.

There isn't an Eye of the North title track but the skills may count.

To make a long story short, it does count for the title track. All elite skills, regardless of how they're captured, contribute to whatever title track they come from.
For instance, let's say I have all three campaigns and I cap [Barrage] in Prophecies. Not only will it contribute to the Prophecies skill title track, it will also contribute to the Nightfall and Factions tracks.
The same goes for capping in EotN. If you cap Shatterstone in EotN, it counts toward the Factions to title track.

Correct. I cap a lot of my skills in EotN, as, frankly, a lot of them are a lot easier. I'm almost positive they count towards the title track.

chfanfiction, one elite skill doesn't count, The name eludes me, but it's a NF PvE elite. (Lightbringer signet counts, if I'm correct, but the other one)

I have Legendary Skill Hunter, and I capped a bunch of skills in EOTN. The elite you cap goes towards whatever campaign they were originally created for.

Hehe - Rykes got owned ^^
Also has to be said that you should make sure that the skill you are capping is for a chapter that you own. No point capping a Factions skill in EotN if you don't own Factions - you won't be able to use it, and if it does add 1 to the skillhunter track, it's a track you won't be increasing.

I think they changed it.
I tried to cap a skill from a campaign I don't own. It was locked in the SoC screen. I couldn't capture anything.

And some of you guys are making it too confusing. Any elites capped in GWEN count for the continent they originated in. Core elites count for all three title tracks.

Admit it, Rykes - we is right. Legendary Skill Hunter was my first maxed title - and I saved a core for last so that it completed 4 titles at once
Mind you, I got owned too - as RPG pointed out, I was getting confused with trial account caps.
Talking about ruining - that font ruins my eyesight, snaek
