So
I have a customized, fiery blade axe of death bane with a brawns over brains inscription.
How would the damage get applied to an undead?
(+19% + 20% + 15% + fiery )

The percent damage boosts are multiplied.

Random damage of weapon x weapon mastery boost x 1.6422, then fire armor is checked to see damage reduction.
