Possible Voice-chat for GW - NCSoft & Vivox...

yeah, i hate to be a debbie downer, but while in theory, this sounds fantastic [whether for gw2 or both gw and gw2], in reality i think this would turn into a nightmare... lol...
i haven't used voip in an online game before [gw being my first], and when i use ventrilo, it can tend to lag my game somewhat.
however, if it does beceom a reality, i'm hoping that the attention to detail that i've seen the devs takemwill carry onto negotiations with vivox

The best part of such addition would be unification.

No more problems about people using different voicechat programs.

But connecting to it should be optional. People that wants to stick to text only should be able to.

Heh, I've even seen games with VIDEO chat, XD.

Like if everyone had a T10 connection, XD.

I remember when I first got guildwars and at the tomb of primeval kings you were almost always required to have Teamspeak or vent.
