do continent cartography titles count towards maxed titles? i.e. kind of a big deal

In short: Yes, but only when they are at 100%, not before.

I have Rank 1, two Cart titles contribute to it.

All the titles give a point in koabd as long as they are maxed respectively, when you have 100% on all 3 you get legendary catrographer which also counts as one toward the title so max 3 get 4 :P

Any max'd title counts for KOABD lol.
