i have a spare nightfall account i have absolutly no use for(my girlfriend used it for a short time) i know that i can be banned for selling it but can i trade it for items or services?

Use it to farm zaishen keys on. I have 3 spare accounts i do this on when i have time, gets me like 6 zaishen keys a week.
Zaishen challenge, 3 SF heroes with frozen soil, takes about 10 mins to get 2k faction.

I imagine there are people you could sell it to - this wouldn't be the place to do it. You're technically not allowed to, as people have stated here, but there are always people willing to put up a few hundred plat for an all-inclusive account, most likely someone you know. Or real money. But doing so is very risky in case your friend, or whoever bought it, has the account banned. It also puts you at risk for having your main account banned.
Using WTS all-inclusive account, 300k in Kamadan is VERY BAD... fyi.
